Payment and Forms

Online Payment and Consent Forms via EdSmart
Provided by the Department for Education, EdSmart is a cloud-based School Organisation System for digital administration and community. The platform streamlines communication (for example permission forms) and payments (for example excursions). We have started using EdSmart in 2023 and this will become our main method for communication and payment.
How it works
Parents and Caregivers will receive an email to their email address registered with the school. This will provide links to permission forms and payment gateways.
Consequently is important that all your contact details are up to date.
Online Payment via Direct Debit
Parents/caregivers are able to authorise our school to process ongoing payments to pay for school fees and invoices as agreed under a ‘payment plan’. These payments may be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, monthly or per term depending on the payment type. Please call the Finance Officer to complete this agreement.
Payment at Finance Office
All payments (except OSHC payments) may be made at the Finance Office located in the Administration building.
We accept EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard (but not American Express).
Payments are accepted for all students.
Please ensure that any payment is in a sealed envelope with details written on it, that is:
- Child’s name
- Class number or teacher’s name
- What the money is for (e.g. fees, music, sport etc)
- Amount of money enclosed. Please try to have the exact amount as the school does not hold cash for change overnight. Cheques should be made out to Highgate School.
A receipt will be issued during the day and sent back to your child in their classroom.
